Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance provides coverage in case packages get lost or damaged while in transit. It is recommended for more costly orders and/or international orders. The shipping insurance will NOT cover packages that are misdelivered, stolen, or returned to sender by the carrier.
Please choose the shipping insurance option based on the total dollar amount of the items you are purchasing. If you choose an amount less than the cost of your purchase, your purchase will only be covered up to that amount.

| $400+ | Please contact us prior to placing the order. We will invoice you separately for the insurance if you place the order with the shipping insurance added. The $0.01 charge is a placeholder that will allow you to add the shipping insurance to your cart. The actual amount will be invoiced once we review your order. |

We recommend you choose UPS for your shipping method for orders if you need your order more urgently or to contact us if you have a more specific request regarding delivery. |
SHIPPING
We ship domestically within the US and internationally. Once you have placed an order, please allow for a processing time of up to 3 to 5 business days.
We ship all our products through USPS or UPS and we will provide you a tracking number once you make a purchase. If you do not receive any emails from us, please make sure to check your spam inbox before attempting to contact us.
Buyers are responsible for tracking the shipping progress and following up with the postal carrier via the tracking links to ensure that the packages are delivered. Once the package is shipped, it is YOUR responsibility to keep track of the shipping progress so that you are aware of any issues that occur while it is in transit and can address them as soon as possible. All shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the package is returned or considered undeliverable.
International buyers are responsible for ANY additional fees, taxes or duties imposed by customs and/or shipping carrier that must be paid at the time of delivery. International buyers would be responsible for paying these fees before the package can be released to them by the shipping carrier and/or customs.
RETURNS
Only domestic orders shipped within the US are eligible for returns. Items may be returned for money back within 14 days of receiving the order. Unless a wrong item(s) was mistakenly shipped to you, international orders can not be returned. The items must be unopened and unused in order for a return request to be approved. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
