Return Policy

RETURNS

Only domestic orders shipped within the US are eligible for returns. Unless a wrong item(s) was mistakenly shipped to you, international orders can not be returned.

Items may be returned for money back within 14 days of receiving the order. Please submit a return request to karencosmeticsusa@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return in the subject line. Upon our approval, you may ship the products back to us for a refund in accordance to our return requirements:

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and can use any shipping carrier of your choice with tracking service.
  • The items and the boxes they come in must be unopened and unused in their original packaging and in good condition.
  • The items must be packed with sufficient padding to ensure there is no damage during the shipping process.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return requirements. If the items are found to be damaged upon inspection, depending on the extent of the damage You should consider using a shipping service that includes tracking or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive a product that is in unusable condition due to a manufacturing defect or the condition of the product does not fall within the expected norms, we will require you to send us photos of the product before we approve the return.

Our product photos are meant as a guide for customers to find products more easily. We try our best to make sure that our product photos are the most accurate presentation of the current products we are selling. However there might be different packaging differences since some companies have modified their packaging ever since we posted the product photos a couple years ago. This does not mean that our products are counterfeit or faulty. If you have any questions about the packaging of a particular product, please contact us.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund through your original payment method and you will be refunded the purchase price of the items. All shipping costs (including shipping insurance) are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges unless you received a wrong item in error. If you wish to exchange an item in your order for a different product, you will have to return the item for a refund according to our return policy and place a new order.
