WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION EMAILS REGARDING MY ORDER?

If you do not receive any emails from us after placing an order, please check your spam folder and make sure that our emails are not being marked as spam. Please contact us for further instruction if that does not solve the issue.

 

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE TO MARKETING EMAILS?

Click here to unsubscribe. If the link doesn't work, please contact us through email with the email address you'd like to remove from our mailing list. We will then send you an email to confirm your request and that we have removed your email address.

 

PAYMENT, PRICING, & PROMOTIONS

We accept credit cards by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment through Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Any prices and promotions on this website are subject to change at any time. Please contact us if there is any confusion or you find anything unclear before placing your order.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS OR SHIPPING?

Yes, we may offer discounts on a case by case basis depending on which products you order and the quantity. We can do this manually by sending you an invoice. Please email us the following information:

1. The item names of the products you wish to order
2. The quantity of the items
3. The shipping address you will use for the order

Any discounts granted will be shown on the invoice that we email you after you have confirmed your order with us. The email should include a link for you to check out and complete your order. 


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do accept international orders. Packages will be shipped through USPS, UPS, or DHL. Please be advised that your package can be inspected or held by customs, and we can not request or provide information to the customs office on your behalf. Familiarize yourself with your country's import laws before purchasing. Buyers will be responsible for following up on any issues with customs or delivery that occur within their country. If you are unfamiliar with your country's import laws on cosmetic products, please do not order. We do not guarantee that we can ship to every country, as some countries may require paperwork or licensing to import products and will hold your order at the customs office if no paperwork is provided. 

International buyers are responsible for ANY additional fees, taxes or duties imposed by customs and/or shipping carrier that must be paid at the time of delivery, if any. If the package is rejected or returned by customs or the postal carrier for ANY reason, Karen Cosmetics will not reship the package unless you pay for the shipping cost to have the package shipped again. If you refuse delivery, you would be responsible for any return shipping and import charges required to send the products back to us.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Shipping and handling costs will be calculated based on the combined weight of the items in your shopping cart and your shipping address. Costs will also vary depending on the carrier you choose. USPS offers one of the lowest rates for shipping, but it may take longer for packages to arrive. UPS will be more expensive but is quite reliable with delivery times and package handling. We highly recommend UPS for orders with higher quantities/weights. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Once you have placed an order, please allow for a processing time of up to 3 to 5 business days. We usually ship all our products through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS and we will provide you a tracking number once you make a purchase. You should receive a confirmation email after completing your order and once we upload the tracking number you will receive a shipment notification email.

For international orders, packages will be shipped through USPS, UPS, or DHL.

HOW DO I ENSURE MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO ME?

Please double check that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order and that it is correctly saved under your account information if you have an account with us for future orders. For international orders, please contact us so that we can verify and validate your address to make sure it is in the correct format before your order is processed and shipped out.

You can also add shipping insurance for an extra charge in case anything happens to your package, provided that you contact us before placing the order. We highly recommend that international buyers purchase shipping insurance for any high value purchase.

If the package is rejected or returned by customs or the postal carrier for any reason, Karen Cosmetics will not reship the package unless you pay for the shipping cost to have the package shipped again. 

I SUBMITTED THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, please email us immediately. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. If you provide an incorrect address at the time of the order we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change it. Karen Cosmetics will not reimburse any packages shipped to an incorrect address.

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHAT DO I DO?

For questions regarding tracking orders, please consult with your local post office associated with your tracking number: USPS or UPS. Refer to the tracking number given to you through your shipment confirmation email and check for tracking updates on the USPS website or UPS website.

Karen Cosmetics is not responsible for any orders that have been lost in transit by USPS or any shipping carrier. Karen Cosmetics can not reimburse or reship packages that have been misdelivered or stolen from your property.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue. Please include your name, order number, and date you placed the order and a member of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our product photos are meant as a guide for customers to find products more easily. We try our best to make sure that our product photos are the most accurate presentation of the current products we are selling. However there might be different packaging differences since some companies have modified their packaging ever since we posted the product photos a couple years ago. This does not mean that our products are counterfeit or faulty. If you have any questions about the packaging of a particular product, please contact us.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

(does not apply to international orders)

Orders can be returned for money back to your original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the order. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We will process refunds only for items that follow our return requirements and the items must be unopened and unused.
